OperviaX uses desktop agents, mobile capture and meeting insights to understand operations. That's why security and privacy are part of the architecture — not an afterthought.
Desktop signals, mobile capture and meeting insights are only collected where your organisation has authorised them. Employees can see when collection is active, and recording controls are explicit — start, pause and stop are always visible.
OperviaX collects the minimum signal needed to understand how work flows — applications, process steps and timings — not the content of personal communications. Sensitive fields can be excluded or masked at source.
Insights are designed to be reported at process and team level. OperviaX is built to understand how work flows, not to rank or monitor individual employees.
Granular permissions decide who can see which departments, processes and insights. Integrates with your identity provider for single sign-on.
Configurable retention periods per data type. Raw signals can be aggregated and deleted on a schedule you define; customer data is deleted at the end of the contract.
Customer data is processed only to deliver OperviaX to that customer. It is not used to train foundation models or shared across customers.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each customer's data is logically isolated.
Designed to support GDPR and UK GDPR obligations, including data-subject rights, purpose limitation and data processing agreements.
